Children:
Children up to 10 years old stay free of charge, if sharing a suite with adults, for up to four people per suite.
Cancellation / Modification / No Show:
If the reservation is cancelled or modified 7 or more days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified within 6 days before arrival, on the same day of arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation / Modification / No Show for Groups (we consider Groups, the reservations of 5 or more rooms made by the same company for the same dates). When not referred in the agreement or contract, it’s applied the following cancellation policy:
If the reservation is cancelled or modified 90 or more days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified within 90 days before arrival, on the same day of arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
